Embody Pilates is a Classical Pilates studio, offering equipment & mat classes, private and rehabilitative sessions, in a a beautiful 3000 sq foot studio overlooking the Rocky Mountains. Our studio is fully equipped with traditional platform mats, Reformers, Cadillacs, Wunda Chairs, Towers, spine correctors, ladder barrels, ped-o-puls, foot and toe correctors.
