I am a comprehensively, classically certified Pilates teacher. I received my mat certification thru Power Pilates in 2003, comprehensive training with Core Pilates NYC in 2006, completed the Balanced Body University Bridge Program in 2013 as well as, hold my PMA®-CPT thru the Pilates Method Alliance from 2006. I am owner of Pilates Physique in CorneliUnited States, NC. We are a full service Pilates studio offering privates, semi-privates, small group equipment classes and mat classes.
