Description
In 1998 Tamar established “Tamar’s Pilates Studio” which acts as a specialized centre for the professional Pilates community in Israel, for her teaching staff, her students and clients. Since the studio’s inception, Tamar has been training Pilates teachers towards their Pilates certification and additionally runs specialized workshops and advanced seminars for experienced teachers. Amongst the studios patrons are professional and amateur athletes and dancers, clients in rehabilitation, pregnancy and post-pregnancy, golden-age and more .
