There are so many different reasons to begin practicing Yoga. To improve flexibility, to strengthen, to relax, to de-stress, to unwind or maybe you’re just wanting to try it out because you’re curious. When speaking to people about their initial experience of yoga, they can be very put off by a style of yoga they’ve tried that wasn’t for them and so their perception of the entire philosophy is tainted….
