This is a vigorous and strengthening style of yoga… Regular practice will leave you fitter, stronger, more flexible and calm your mind. All levels welcome, so come and give it a go even if you’ve never stepped foot on a yoga mat before.
Stacey has been practicing yoga since 2007 and completed 200 hours Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training in the home of Ashtanga yoga – Mysore, India….
