I founded Stockholm Pilates Center in 2002, Sweden's hub for STOTT PILATES® education. Certified in Toronto, Canada, my team and I have trained numerous instructors in Sweden and abroad. I am also a certified naprapath, physical education teacher, and dance pedagogue. At Stockholm Pilates Center, I oversee education and quality assurance. As a Merrithew Master/Lead Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES® and Total Barre®, I offer comprehensive workshops and instructor education. I specialize in Injuries and special Populations (ISP), rehabilitation, and teach TOTAL BARRE®. I'm also a certified GARUDA® Instructor for Matwork and Apparatus and a Certified Medical Trainer by The Academy.Certification details
