Lisa was born and raised on the west coast and became a keen basketball & soccer player. She continued to play during her BSc in Psychology at UVic, as well as after having her two boys. Lisa began her journey with Pilates after giving birth to her first born, and has been hooked ever since. Lisa has now practiced pilates for over 21 years, and has been teaching it for over 11 years. From her love for sports growing up, she found the move to Pilates to be an amazing transition to full body movement and strength. This not only improved her soccer game significantly, but she found that strengthening from within also solved post natal complications which she was experiencing, and allowed her to connect the mind and body like no other exercise regime she had experienced before.Explore Gallery
