Owner and Teacher Trainer at Authentic Pilates Learning Center LLC. My training with Romana Kryzanoska taught me how to read bodies in order to train them in a way to get the best result regardless of their physical situation using the Classical Pilates Method. I am currently living a long time passion of mine, that is to pass on the legacy of Joseph Pilates and Romana Kryzanoska by training apprentices in our Teacher Training Program.
