I did my training with Alvin Giam under Pilates Bodyworks. I spent 6 months for the Matwork course and 1 and a half years for Reformer and Apparatus under the guidance and teaching of Alvin Giam. She has also learnt from many Pilates Elders such as Patricia Guyton, Alan Herdman, Blossom Leilani Crawford, Kathy Corey, Ruth Alpert over the years of training, gaining valuable insight on how Joe Pilates taught the method to their mentors.Explore Gallery
