In 1992, PAPT/The Pilates Studio® of Los Angeles, led by Dr. Melinda Bryan and Kaz, introduced a unique Pilates teacher certification program that combined professional organization with medical review. Collaborations between Romana Kryzanowska and top orthopedic surgeons ensured exercises met modern medical guidelines. Recognized as the exclusive West Coast training center with Kryzanowska’s oversight, the studio has been an industry leader for over 30 years.
